The new collection, titled ‘Forces of Nature’, celebrates the essence of Gaia, otherwise known as Mother Nature. Their lush, sumptuous dresses balance a bohemian energy with elegant designs and take inspiration from the images of nature, emulating waterfalls, fields of flowers and even fire.

The release of their new collection coincides with the arrival of the spring season of the year of the wedding. According to the New York Times and The Wedding Report, in 2022 roughly 2.5 million weddings are taking place, the most since 1984.
As many brides that have had to wait years to have their special day finally make their wedding plans, Lotus Threads wants to adorn them in dresses that will be as special as their long-awaited day. They are passionate about crafting dresses that truly exalt both a bride’s strength and femininity, and that capture the true romance and wonder of being in love.
As such, their new Forces of Nature collection channels the powerful connection that exists between women and nature to create dresses resplendent with blossoming ruffles and draped with ethereal lace.
Another popular recent collection is ‘The Evolution’, a range that combines the minimalist style of modern bridal wear with the classic glamour of old Hollywood and the timeless cuts of historical bridal couture. Likewise, their ‘The Mystical Garden’ collection offers brides-to-be dreamy, intricate and feminine designs.
Lotus Threads has its flagship showroom in Tuckahoe, New York, where they are looking to create a special experience for each bride that walks in, centered in her needs. Their dresses are also stocked in a number of bridal stores across the country, from West Coast to East Coast.
In New York they are joined by RK Bridal and Designer Loft, by Memories Bridal by Reem in nearby Ridgefield, New Jersey and by Castle Couture in Manalapan Township, also in New Jersey.
Lotus Threads is a bespoke custom bridal wear designer who seeks to blend the magic of contemporary New York with its rich, glamorous history in its designs. Its brand and design philosophy is inspired by the power and beauty of women and Mother Nature.
A spokesperson for the atelier said, “We love to be part of a bride’s special day. We love to help our brides have the dress of their dreams, and to celebrate love, romance and the beginning of a new life.”
