Each new piece in the boutique’s collection of earrings, bracelets and necklaces embodies a bohemian, feminine and artsy style and has been handmade by Suzanne Dupree, an artisan jewelry maker with over 20 years of experience. The new handmade jewelry for sale through Addie and Clyde has also been crafted with a deliberate selection of unique stones, beads, textures and colors, and through the lens of Suzanne Dupree’s distinctive ornamental style.

Addie and Clyde’s new collection has also taken inspiration from what Harper’s Bazaar labeled as 2023’s biggest jewelry trends. According to an article developed with some of the biggest names in American jewelry, Harper’s Bazaar said that 2023 is all about ‘Look-at-Me’ pieces, especially earrings, and personalized pieces.

Suzanne Dupree specializes in handcrafting statement ‘Look-at-Me’ pieces that are both one-of-a-kind in their final composition and in the component parts they feature, like gemstones, which she sources from other well-known artisans.

Popular new earrings in Addie and Clyde’s boho collection include their Reflection – Copper Earrings. This set of earrings features a combination of handmade lampwork beads and artisan hand-drawn enamel art over copper circles, all in a dreamy palette of pinks, peaches and soft reds.

In necklaces, one new statement piece is their Like the Wind – Sterling Silver Necklace. This distinctive piece has a central handmade multi-hued blue-green enamel buddha and is accented with handmade beads and natural chrysoprase and hematite stones.

In bracelets, the boutique has new additions like their nature-inspired Sunrise, Sunset – Bronze Bracelet and their whimsical Beautiful Bird – Sterling Silver Bracelet with polychromatic hematite stones.

Addie and Clyde is the new online home of master jeweler Suzanne Dupree who has lived in Texas for almost 20 years. She lived on Kauai, Hawaii when she started making jewelry. They ship their unique pieces across the US.

A spokesperson for the jewelers said, “For Addie and Clyde, Dupree works in a variety of metals, from copper to sterling silver to 14K gold-filled, as well as with unique and whimsical beads, charms, and stones. Her work encompasses many techniques like wire wrapping, beading, and metalworking, with designs that are distinctive, and represent a variety of styles such as bohemian, vintage, and feminine.”
